Charlie was everything we hoped for in a real estate agent and more. As two people who work weekends with unpredictable schedules, we really appreciated how patient, flexible, and accommodating he was. His communication was always prompt, and he made the entire process feel easy. What truly sets Charlie apart is that he genuinely puts his clients first. He never pressured us to make an offer or bid higher than we were comfortable with. In fact, there were times he encouraged us to walk away from homes that he felt weren’t the right fit or might have been more of a project than we wanted to take on. First off Charlie is a very kind human being. He helped us get into our first home, which we’re so greatful for. Santa Cruz real estate is tough and feels like riding the Giant Dipper. But when it was all said and done, Charlie’s hard work, due deligience, and tough neogotiations won us a home nearly $100k off asking. Through the process, we felt very empowered to ask questions and play out every scenario with Charlie. He is intelligent, curious, and makes an honest effort to find out answers. We felt communication with him was easy and the whole process flowed smoothly. We joked that he uses just the right amount of technology. Santa Cruz is known to have distinct pocket neighborhoods. He knows them well and is very active in the community. Buying an old weird home in Santa Cruz requires intensive due diligence. Even before our offer, Charlie dug in and helped get us insight from a mariad of services like tree trimming, demo, fummigation, roofing, fencing, and GCs. He even got us a walkthrough by the GC that did a remodel on the house 30 years ago. The due diligence was vital to getting a price way under asking. Charlie Lambert helped us sell our home this April, in record time, for a good price. He efficiently coordinated the many details of readying a property for sale: inspection reports, painting, window washing, cleaning, tree removal, staging and more! Looking for a home in an area I was not familiar with I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than I had working with Charlie Lambert. From the start of the home search Charlie worked with me on finding what I was looking for in a home. He kept me updated daily with new properties coming on the market and  current listings.
