How fast will I hear back?
Same day in most cases, and always within 24 hours. If you text, you’ll usually get a reply faster than email.
Do I have to commit to anything to talk?
No. A first conversation is just a conversation. Plenty of people call me a year before they’re ready to move, and that’s fine.
What areas do you work in?
All of Santa Cruz County, including Westside Santa Cruz, Seabright, Downtown, Live Oak, Soquel, Aptos, San Lorenzo Valley, and Bonny Doon.
Can you help with permits or an unpermitted addition?
Yes. I’m a specialist in Santa Cruz permitting and planning, and I’m project management certified. If a property has permit issues, I’ll tell you before you’re committed.
Do you work with first-time buyers?
Yes, and often. If it’s your first purchase, expect more explaining and no rushing.
